Kim Kardashian in An Abaya!!!!!

Yes, I know I'm probably UBER LATE, but I have to admit my jaw hit the floor when I saw photos of
Kim K and her mom vacationing in Dubai. Kim K looked gorgeous and so did her mom as they were seen rocking both an abayas and caftans. Take a look for yourself. I think she looked sooo much more beautiful and queenly, covered than she does showing off her goodies. What do you think?

Legal Child Exploitation....Are you FOR REAL!!!!!

I am all for building up your daughter's self esteem. I even put my own daughter in pagents (at her request, and I never make her look like these girls), because she loves to perform and be on stage, but I put her in what's called natural pagents, where the girls must look like little girls, and no makeup or provactive clothing are allowed. However, I don't understand what the hell is wrong with Mothers who transform their daughter into little burlesque performers for the sake of self esteem.....this truly sickens me. How a mother can exploit their childs innocence and beauty is beyond my comprehension when you have hundreds of perverts running around with their hands in their pants when they see photos like these.

The number one excuse I hear from the "Toddler & Tiara" moms are, well we do it to build up her self esteem. I can agree that being on stage, and performing can build up ones selfesteem, however, by making your daughter believe she has to be half naked in fornt of strangers and wear a TON of makeup just to feel good about herself is sending a horrible message, and I fear will have irrversible psycological damage in the long run.

This Mom needs to be slapped in my opinion

Blog Makeover

So Blogger decided to FINALLY get rid of the crappy blog layouts, and just in time, because I was seriously thinking of switiching over to Wordpress. I made a few changes to spruce things u just in time for spring. Let me know how you guys like the new facelift. Spring Trends 2011

I know many of us are still in shock from this VERY cold winter (HAHA I'm not...I'm in Florida the only state in the union with NO SNOW, just had to rub it in...LOL), and springtime seems a long way off, but I must report the very HOT 2011 SPRING TRENDS. Personally, I'm loving the ruffles and lace, and glad that we will see more of that this upcoming season. Scarves aren't going anywhere fashionistas, so whether you are a hijabi (a head scarf worn for religious purposes by muslims, orthodox jews, orthodox chrisitans) or not, be sure to stock up on as many stylish scarves as possible.The Official Report: Long stylish scarves, long skirts, knee length dresses, easy pants, rich colors, and femininity is what this year's spring trends are all about. I am happy femininity is making a comeback, lets celebrate being a woman and looking like one! I will soon be announcing the Spring Trends 2011 Fashionista Contest, so please keep your eyes open wide for that one. * Please Note All these photos are from Newport News.com.

I saw these styles and I'm totally in LOVE with them. As always if you are not a hijabi (a woman who wears a head covering for religious purposes), you can just opt to wear the outfit minus the scarf, of wear the scar around the neck. Let me know what you all think!!
